Accreditation - A Quality Improvement activity.

Do you know, Matraville Doctors chose to participate in the voluntary accreditation process recently where a team of two highly qualified surveyors visited the clinic and spent about 4 hours going through all the policies and protocols to ensure the patient safety and clinical medical is at the highest standards.

We choose to do this as our commitment towards the quality and ensure that we are inline with 125 standards developed by Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. And we are happy to share that we are a FULLY accredited practice.

Being accredited means its a peace of mind for customers that they are in safe hands.
